Style Crush: Irene Kim

I first discovered Irene Kim in my very first copy of Teen Vogue: December 2014. It was an editorial on wearing the rainbow this season and it mentioned her stepping into New York fashion week in a circle skirt including all the colors and neon striped hair. At the time I was going through my mismatched phase- I had to stick it to the man and wear all mismatching clothes because my mother hated it. I would wear all sorts of crazy colors together just because not because it looked good. Since then with street style stars like Miss. Kim I have learned that you have to break the rules artfully and disrespectfully respectfully ( Does that make sense?) if you want it to work. Another thing I like her is that she knows when to dial it up with the patterns and colors and craziness but she can also see the beauty in an all white or black outfit.
