I got this idea from A Beautiful Mess blog's photography book. I need to buy that book, I'm sure someone is really ticked off at the person who checks out the same book pretty much every week. Anyway, I didn't have any legit photos to print, so I collected all my polaroids (which were a perfectly even number of twenty four, THANK YOU UNIVERSE) and taped them up. My mom wouldn't let me do it unless I measured them and used a ruler to keep them straight- those rows are tight, let me tell you. Anyway, A Beautiful Mess is one of my favorite blogs, and it was the first blog I really got into besides my dad's. I love the photography, admire Emma and Elsie's style, their house, their crafting (the crafting) and the food photography, oh the food photography. One of Prism's first photoshoots (remember that one with the food and the colorful trays? The picnic one where we covered our faces with books?) was loosely inspired by ABM's colorful aesthetic. It's one of the few inspirations of mine that has stuck around since I was twelve.
Polaroids are almost too hipster to handle. I don't know if I can handle this much trend, readers.
