Helios on a walk

How has your day been, friends? It's been in the sixties today (SUMMER TIIIME) so when it came to the time Amazon and I had to walk the dog, we decided we'll just walk there and back. It wouldn't be too bad. Then we realized we had to paint set stuff at Amazon's school for her play. That wouldn't be too bad either- we can just go from dog walking to the school. It wasn't too far, but we realized that we had been on the move for at least forty minutes by the time we reached the school. That was a bit much. We painted and it was fun, bleh bleh bleh, and then we walked home. We got home, and then I realized. I didn't have my phone. It wasn't in the pocket of my pants or hoodie, and it wasn't in my bag. We ran bag to the school, calling my phone until some seventh grader picked up. It was in the theater, and we walked back home, Amazon whining about how much she hated walking, and me, and my phone, and everything. I made her some ramen at home to apologize and we watched Star Vs. The Forces of Evil. And then we realized. We had left the paint brushes at the school.
We walked back. The school was closed. Sigh.
ANYWAY. My calves feel so toned now. They have never been toned and they aren't really now, but my muscles burn like Helios.
LIKE HELIOS, READERS
