Style Crush: Grimes

Grimes. My queen. What's not to love about her? Her music, sense of style, hair, awesome real human being-ness- all things to admire and cry about from afar. The ultimate hair chameleon, Grimes's style ranges from cool athletic to edgy to harajuku in a beautiful quirky mismatched way. Most pictures of her style are either images of her rocking out onstage, crazy hair flying with a smile on her face, or in another magazine shoot looking like a boss usually straight into camera. In addition to all her style cred, she writes, performs, and produces all her music, and does the art for all of her album covers. I think it's amazing that one person can do all of that, and actually make it really really good. I applaud her fearless fashion sense. I applaud her I-can-and-will-do-this attitude. I applaud her inspiring music that always gets me in the mood for something good.
