3. Moisturize with lotion. Make sure to get lotion on nails and cuticles.
4. Clean undersides of nails with the nail file. Clip and file nails into a squarish oval shape. It's called a squoval (how original!!) Using a cuticle pusher gently push cuticles back if they are to long.
5. There are literally hundreds of nail buffers like this, but after trying out quite a few I found that Revlon's work the best. They are small, portable, and really effective.
6. With the Crazy Shine's rough darker side rub it all over your nail and on the tip. The nail may look cloudy or dull after this step is done properly.
7. Next flip it over to the smooth lighter side. This is the shiner side and will make your nails smooth and shiny. Follow the same steps as number six.
8. That's it! You can take it a step further by soaking your hands in warm scented water in between steps two and three or you can run nylons or pantyhose over nail tips to make sure they are smooth. If the nylons catch on any snags smooth them out with the Crazy Shines. This Manicure takes literally under 10 minutes and is super relaxing. It keeps your nails clean and it never chips off!
