Doodle doodle I want some noodles

Typography sketch I did saying 'Liberty, Equality, Fraternity'- the whole idea pushing the French Revolution. Still working through that in history class. There are too many people from that time period who, crazy as they might have been, were actually really interesting. Maximilien Robespierre, Marie-Antoinette, Charlotte Corday, Napoleon Bonaparte. All people who were people reacting to or starting or trying to stop a horrible situation. Most of the time people are really fascinated with historical events that include lots of death- World Wars, Civil War, French Revolution, etc. Why is that? Are we just drawn to the most attention calling points or are we really trying to learn so history doesn't repeat itself? I think it's chill that some parts of history aren't repeated. For example, it seems like the world has been in a bit of a new Age of Enlightenment with all the understanding, diversity, and knowledge that has been spread lately. Do we watch for that or for warning signs of danger?
Maybe more doodles based on it? Maybe. Maybe not.
Have a good week, guys!
